Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Dubai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, and account management. The role will involve daily tasks such as identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service. The Business Development Executive will also be responsible for effective communication and coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.

• Proven ability in account management and relationship-building
• Ability to analyze market data and identify target opportunities
• Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of the Dubai market and industry regulations
• Preferably from Overseas Recruitment Background
• Should hold a Valid UAE driving license
