We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team in the automotive industry in UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operation and effective inventory management. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of automotive parts and products - Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels are maintained at all times - Implement and maintain efficient and safe warehouse processes and procedures - Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt of incoming goods - Prepare and process orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness - Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies - Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and machinery

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Specialist or similar role in the automotive industry - Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management best practices - Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Good communication and interpersonal abilities - Familiarity with warehouse management systems and related software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
