Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant located in Dubai. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and operations, including:
- answering phone calls and managing correspondence
- scheduling appointments and maintaining documentation
- coordinating with suppliers and vendors as required and handling inventory
- assisting with finance-related tasks including preparing quotations and invoicing
- preparing documents, presentations and reports as needed
- support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Skills
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in finance-related tasks
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Highly organized and capable of managing office filing systems
- Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred
