We are looking for an Ambitious & Enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Agent who will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Arrange and conduct property showings for potential buyers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients
- Oversee property transactions from initiation to completion
- Stay up to date with the real estate market and the home buying and renting process
- Familiarity with CRM software and online marketing tools
Skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Real Estate Agent in Dubai (required)
- Experience working with Real Estate Developer in Dubai (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM software and online marketing tools
- Excellent English communication skills & fluency in other languages will be a plus.
