Position Title: Sales Agent

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our educational institution in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling both outbound and inbound sales calls, conducting cold calls, managing customer queries, generating leads, converting leads into customers, managing booths during events, and executing email outreach for cold and known events. This role is crucial for driving enrollment and promoting our educational programs and services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote our educational programs and services.
  • Handle inbound calls and address customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
  • Convert leads into customers through effective communication, persuasion, and sales techniques.
  • Manage and operate booths at various educational events to attract potential customers and increase brand awareness.
  • Execute email outreach campaigns for cold leads and known events to generate interest and leads.
  • Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback and insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Experience with email marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
