Job Role: Senior Manager – Research

Reporting to: Director

Location: Dubai (on site)

We are urgently looking to hire a Senior Manager – Research for a well-established Market Research Agency based in the UAE

Responsibilities

·      Managing clients and their respective projects in custom research team in matters of market research based on experience in one or more sectors (primary focus on banking and financial services and other service sectors like consulting etc)

·      Should have strong analytical skills

·      Should be able to manage the P&L for the respective clients

·      Reporting to Director/ Senior Director, you will be responsible for the successful execution of customized Quantitative studies, including project costing, questionnaire design, project management, analysis, report writing and presentation to senior stakeholders at the client end.

·      Managing clients and their respective projects from beginning to end, including making actionable recommendations to support key business objectives

·      Consistently exceeding client expectations from project inception through completion

·      Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, all in different design/analysis stages

·      Proactively anticipating, troubleshooting, overcoming, and/or escalating challenges to your project lead in a timely manner

What we are looking for?

·      The ideal candidate must have the ability to analyse and interpret data

·      Very good verbal and written communication skills.

·      The candidate must have the ability to multi-task and should focus on detail-oriented approach

·      Postgraduate or MBA from a well-known institute

·      6-10years’ experience in Quantitative Research Role

·      Must have strong  knowledge of research techniques and methodologies, statistics

·      Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
