- Proven experience in supply chain management within the software industry, particularly in the UAE market. - In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies, with a strong understanding of logistics, procurement, and inventory management. - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies that drive operational efficiency and cost savings. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous improvement. - Experience in leading and developing high-performing supply chain teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
