Randstad is working with a growing architecture and interior design consultancy in the search for a Project Architect to join the team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing architectural design projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality and innovative designs within the given timeframe and budget. The Project Architect will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop and execute architectural solutions that meet the project requirements and exceed client expectations. It is key this person understands how projects come together with excellent coordination skills. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept through construction documentation and construction administration phases - Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, develop design concepts, and present design proposals - Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the established budget and timeline - Conduct site visits and review construction progress to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards - Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project reports - Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior staff members to support their professional development and ensure project success

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution - Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on residential and mixed-use projects - Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software - Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in the UAE - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of successfully delivering complex architectural projects from concept to completion - Ability to lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team and foster a collaborative work environment
