• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Facilitate a swift monthly closure by computing essential factors like tax returns, fixed assets, and ledger data.
• Facilitate a smooth yearly audit process through an independent evaluator by providing accurate transactions and balances of the company.
• Understand and perform the financial closing activity on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Assist the top-level management in making critical business decisions by providing accurate financial assessments.
• Follow the standard operating procedure of national and state finance laws strictly.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree holder with a proven track record of academic or work experience in the Finance sector.
• Leads will be provided for Customer services, filtering and booking the appointments for purchasing is required by employee, Same goes for sales but need to close and book appointments in the sales department
• Need to track company expenses, profit, revenue, daily transactions and create invoice for every sale and purchase, Create a stock list daily with new vehicles and reserved vehicles. And Vehicles sold in the given month
• Employee will be paid a base salary of 3000 AED will be raised as improvement is seen. , and will be paid a fixed commission rate per sale of a Vehicle
• Company already has marketing and platforms for sales generating a minimum of 500 leads per month and a possibility to sale 15 vehicles per month or more for an employee.
• Apt in handling financial tasks like budgeting, planning, and calculating variance which reduces business expenses.
• Adroit soft skills to enable fluent in-house operations and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Adept in data analysis, interpretation, and use of modern accounting techniques.
• Sound knowledge of different types of financial reports and balance sheets.
• Hands-on experience in handling MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
