Field Sales Executive - Tyres

Overview Of The Role

Manage B2B corporate customer accounts in selling Tyres and Batteries in Abu Dhabi region. Maintain the smooth and efficient operations of the business with responsibility for achieving business objectives for the defined region as well as stakeholder management.

 

What You Will Do

  • Selling Tyres and Batteries and increase the sales in the assigned area. 
  • To regularly visit customers of Tyres and Batteries and prepare visit reports from the designated region
  • To achieve and exceed assigned sales & gross margin targets
  • Responsible to deliver product / solution to customer while working with team, and reinforce relations by bringing expert advice to discussions and support
  • Responsible to deliver tyres and batteries volume, mix and margin by generating new business and expanding current existing business.
  • To maintain enquiry tracking system and prepare reports on lost sales, update customers documents
  • Responsible for the onboarding of new customers
  • Prepare regular reports, regular initiatives, and data to showcase progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders.
  • Assure Customer Complaints are handled properly.
  • Sales discipline – Sales returns, Ensure availability of legal documents, etc., Competitor information and tracking


Skills

Required Skills To Be Successful

  • High level of selling skills in the context of Tyre sales to large accounts
  • Knowledge in PCR, TBR and Industrial Tyres. 
  • AbuDhabi Market knowledge
  • Effectively manage various tasks related to sales processes

 

About The Team

Reporting to Regional Manager, you will be an individual contributor.

 

What Equips You For The Role

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably Engineering, Automotive or Business Management or equivalent
  • 5 Years in Tyre Sales with good knowledge of Abu Dhabi Tyre Market and key customers.
  • Automotive market knowledge and handled large accounts
