NOC Service Assurance Lead

The Service Assurance consultant provides assurance to Customers and MORO with respect to delivery of Managed Services and the associated deliverables, ensuring delivery to the appropriate standard and quality.


To achieve this, this role is responsible for execution of the following activities and associated processes:


1. Service Assurance Management

2. Quality Assurance

3. Governance

Skills

• ITIL Accreditation preferred (or equivalent relevant experience)

• Customer and Team-focused attitude

• Expert skills in usage of Office 365, ITSM Systems

• Excellent Organizational Skills, ability to influence and manage Customer expectations.

• Solid background in IT Service Management and understanding of management systems including ISMS, BCMS, QMS

• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills

• Being able to understand complex business processes and activy
