Real Estate Broker

From the Company we will provide you with:

  1. Initial broker training at the expense of the Company;
  2. Official employment after successful completion of the internship. The company bears the costs of obtaining a resident visa and Emirates ID (12,000 AED);
  3. Reimbursement of travel expenses for broker tours (training from developers);
  4. Corporate communications - working SIM card with international calls;

Responsibilities include:

  1. Showing apartments and meeting developers;
  2. Sale of real estate in Dubai;
  3. Compilation of selections according to Clients’ requests;
  4. Visiting exhibitions, meeting new objects and developers.

Working conditions:

  1. High level of income without ceiling or restrictions: the average broker commission per transaction for 2023 is $8,220 (record $250,000) There is no income tax in Dubai, you receive the entire amount;
  2. Work visa and reimbursement of expenses during the probationary period;
  3. Full time work day. The schedule depends on meetings with Clients.


Skills


Confidence in communicating with people, the ability to handle objections, preferably experience working with VIP Clients.
