Recruitment strategy and planning:


Develop and implement recruitment strategies, determine the best recruitment methods and channels based on the company's needs and market conditions.

Determine recruitment goals and develop recruitment plans to ensure timely filling of vacancies and reasonable allocation of human resources.

Candidate screening and interviewing:


Screen, evaluate and screen candidates' resumes and applications to ensure they meet job requirements and company culture.

Organize and manage the interview process, work with department managers to conduct interviews, and provide feedback and suggestions to candidates.

Recruitment market research and analysis:


Study market trends and competition to understand the dynamics and changes in the talent market.

Analyze recruitment data and indicators, evaluate recruitment results and make improvement suggestions to optimize the recruitment process and cost-effectiveness.

Brand promotion and candidate relationship management:


Enhance the company's brand image among job seekers, maintain and build a good company reputation through recruitment activities and online platforms.

Manage candidate relationships, establish a long-term recruitment talent pool, and maintain effective communication and relationships with candidates.

Recruitment policy and legal compliance:


Be familiar with and comply with relevant employment laws and regulations and recruitment policies to ensure the legality and fairness of the recruitment process.

Provide advice to the company on recruitment policies and procedures, ensuring that the company's recruitment practices are in line with best industry standards and ethical guidelines.

Recruitment Skills: Familiar with the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding procedures.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with candidates, internal teams, and management.

Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, able to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Technical Skills:
