Responsibilities:

2. Provide accurate and timely cost estimates for automotive repairs and services.
3. Schedule appointments and maintain a service schedule for the automotive service department.
4. Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of automotive repairs.
5. Manage customer inquiries and complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience working as an Automotive Service Advisor.
2. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
