As a Technical Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations of our company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our technical systems and infrastructure. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing our technical projects and ensuring that they are completed within the specified timelines and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of technical professionals to achieve project goals and deliverables.
- Develop and implement technical strategies and plans to support the company's objectives.
- Making plans using detailed drawings
- Preparation of the material submittals, method of statements, structural & architectural shop drawings and bar bending schedule for structure elements
- Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval
- Review and reply to project client/consultant’s comments on the technical submittals
- Applying and following up and obtaining NOCs from all authorities
- Creating accurate project specifications
- Preparation of as built drawings
- Supports the Project Manager with accurate drawings from design to production.
- Prepares assembly and detailed drawings.
- Makes necessary time calculation for drawings development and ensure deadlines are met.
- Responsible for identifying and resolving technical design and constructional problems.
- Creating technical reports
- Completing regulatory documents concerning safety issues
- Finishing projects on time and within budget
- Communicating with clients and coworkers about analysis results
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing technical strategies and plans.
