We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Development Manager to join our real estate team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Design and Development Department, ensuring efficient processes and procedures, managing project feasibility studies, overseeing procurement, and implementing risk management protocols. This role ensures the successful development and delivery of projects within budget and schedule constraints, while meeting regulatory and business objectives.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 

A minimum of 10 years of experience in project development and management.

Extensive knowledge of FIDIC forms of Contract and consultancy services procurement.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proven track record of successful project completion and cost savings.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
