• To assist the Store Manager in achieving financial results and operational targets by driving sales and services and effectively managing coffee bar resources.
• Serves as a developmental role towards becoming a Store Manager, achieving readiness within 12 months.
• Coach, train, and role model service, quality, and operational standards in the coffee bar and assist in all aspects of running the business. This includes daily exceptional execution of the brand's operational programs as well as supporting overall talent leadership.

Skills

• Have a desire and ability to develop into a ‘ready now level’ for the Store Manager role within 12 months.

• Have the responsibility to drive their development through a partnership with the Store Manager and District Leader.

• This is a full-time job and requires open availability.

• Have at least two years of previous management or supervisory experience within the service or food industry or equivalent related experience and training.

• Have demonstrated ability to lead and to provide excellent customer service in a quality-focused environment.

• Carry a friendly, energetic, personable demeanor and have a passion for great customer service, with a customer-first and quality-focused mentality.

• Be a great communicator with experience coaching, training, and developing others.

• Be results-driven with a track record of executing strategies to hit targets and goals.

• Have a strong desire to develop and grow professionally at Peet’s.

• Perform various physical tasks during the work shift.

• Have a minimum of 3 years of coffee shop experience.

• Be a university/institute graduate.
