Real Estate Sales Agent

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue through prospecting, networking, and cultivating client relationships. You will leverage your industry knowledge and sales expertise to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn them into increased business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Arrange meetings with prospective clients and conduct property viewings.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations that explain property features, benefits, and investment potential.
  • Negotiate agreements and handle paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and promotional materials.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with key stakeholders.
