Admin Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years of experience in administrative support roles. As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization. This includes managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with general office tasks. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.


Skills

  1. Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives and other team members
  2. Coordinate meetings and conference calls, including arranging meeting rooms and equipment
  3. Arrange travel and accommodations for team members, including flights, hotels, and transportation
  4. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other materials
  5. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  6. Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  7. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
  8. Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is in working order
  9. Assist with the onboarding of new employees, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation
  10. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
