Listing Agent (Tele Sales)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Listing Agent (Tele Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales within the real estate industry, with the ability to effectively communicate and close deals over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.

Skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients via telephone to promote and sell real estate listings.

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the real estate market, including current listings, market conditions, and trends.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other telemarketing techniques.

• Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person property viewings with prospective buyers.

• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with other team members to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

• Stay up to date with industry regulations, best practices, and company policies.


Qualifications:

• Proven 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Tele Sales Agent or similar role within the Dubai Real Estate Industry.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

• Bilingual candidates are welcome, with proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous
