- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the customer service team.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of 6 customer service employees to ensure high performance.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer interactions and resolve issues.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer service performance to senior management.
- Manage and maintain customer service documentation and records.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service.
- Industry: Business Setup (Mandate).
- Candidates who can speak in Arabic will be preferred.
- Ability to manage a team of 6 employees.
- Open to moving to Fujairah for the role.
