General Branch Administrator (Dubai)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for general administrative jobs of the Dubai branch, including but not limited to administrative management, visitor reception, company qualification and license management, fixed asset management, document writing and management , and coordination of international exhibitions.

2. Responsible for human resources work of the Dubai branch, including but not limited to C&B, recruitment, labor relations management, and employee training.

3. Responsible for financial management of the Dubai branch, including but not limited to budget administration, accounting, expense reimbursement, and tax-related affairs.

4. Other tasks assigned by management.


The job location is Dubai DMCC.

Skills

1. Proficiency in English and Arabic is required. Candidates who have lived in the Middle East for at least 1 year and are fluent in Chinese are advantageous

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative and HR work, with experience in financial work in the Middle East.

3. Possess local accounting qualifications, administrative or HR-related certificates/qualifications in Dubai are preferred.

4. Familiar with local financial regulations and tax requirements.

5. Strong organizational skills with a high level of responsibility and ability to learn and collaborate effectively.

6. Background in finance or HR is preferred.
