Senior Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Sales Manager with a background in the real estate industry to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies specifically tailored to the real estate market, and driving business growth in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives in the real estate industry.
  2. Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals with a focus on real estate sales.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the real estate sector.
  4. Identify new business opportunities within the real estate market and develop innovative sales strategies for the industry.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the real estate industry to identify business opportunities and potential risks specific to the sector.

Preferred Candidate:
