ESTIMATION SECRETARY

We are currently seeking an Estimation Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Estimation Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the estimation department and assisting in the preparation of project cost estimates. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the private sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the estimation team to gather and organize project data and documentation.
  2. Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates by collecting and analyzing data.
  3. Prepare and maintain accurate records of project cost estimates, including materials, labor, and other expenses.
  4. Coordinate with other departments to gather information and ensure the accuracy of cost estimates.
  5. Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and support the estimation team in the bidding process.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimation Secretary in the private sector.
  2. Proficient in using estimation software and tools.
  3. Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
