Telesales Executive

Job description

As a Tele Caller , you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via channels to promote and sell properties. Your primary goal is to convert leads into sales by providing detailed information, answering questions, and facilitating the property buying process. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead Generation:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided lists.
  • Identify potential buyers and sellers by assessing their needs and interests.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for property viewings.

Sales and Customer Service:

  • Present, promote, and sell properties to prospective clients.
  • Provide detailed information about properties, including location, amenities, and pricing.
  • Address client inquiries and provide accurate and timely information.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up with clients after initial contact to nurture leads and close sales.

Sales Administration:

  • Maintain an organized database of client interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare and send out marketing materials, property brochures, and follow-up emails.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.

Market Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape.
  • Provide clients with insights and advice based on market conditions.

Performance Tracking:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in real estate, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related role; real estate sales experience is preferred.
