• To provide administration support to the Contracting Business.
• Accountable for handling all customer enquiry in terms of maintain the enquiry log book, completing quotations, follow up on quotations , handling complaints, ensuring relevant information is received from the customer, maintain the commercial reports on monthly basis, and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Manage pricing enquiries and secure orders.
• Prepares cost estimates by analysing proposals.
• The person will also provide the necessary support and expertise in the competent engagement of Sub-Contractors and is responsible for providing input into evaluating contract performance thereafter.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role, Civil Engineering, preferably within Dubai or UAE.
• Preferably of main contracting or Asphalt background.
• Degree Civil Engineering
• Fully IT literate, with experience in the Microsoft operating system / Tools and internet applications
• Must speak English
• Financially numerate
• Excellent selling skills, particularly relationship building
• Excellent presentation skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Able to organize and prioritize own workload – A Self-starter.
• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
