Strategic planning: Maximize ticket sales revenue through supporting Consumer Sales Senior Manager in effective strategy development and implementation, inventory and pricing management.
Ticket operations: Oversee ticket operations for events, including system management, revenue maximization, coordination and ticket distribution success.

STRATEGIC PLANNING:
- Support Consumer Sales Senior Manager in the development and implementation of strategies to optimize ticket sales across various channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications department to ensure accurate information and branding is displayed on partner and event landing pages.
- Analyze historical ticket sales to assist in forecasting, ticket pricing and sales statistics.
- Monitor ticket sales activities and regularly prepare reports with key findings for the Senior Leadership Team.
- Support Consumer Sales Senior Manager in the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy for selling group and event packages, including VVIP, suites and tables, to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop pricing strategies that align with COMPANY’s strategic objectives, maximize ticket revenue and ensure that ticket prices are competitive with other similar events.
- Responsible for generating sales reports and analyzing sales trends, providing insights that help inform decision-making and optimize sales performance.

TICKET OPERATIONS:
- Manage the ticket sales for all COMPANY events which includes setting up ticketing systems, overseeing ticket sales and ensuring ticket inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensure customers receive excellent service, answering any questions or concerns they may have about their tickets and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage ticket vendor contracts and ensure that vendors are meeting their contractual obligations.
- Forecast ticket sales for all events, taking into account historical sales data, market trends and other factors that may impact sales.
- Communicate with various stakeholders, including event organizers, sponsors, vendors and customers, ensuring that everyone is informed and up-to-date on ticketing operations.
- Ensure ticket operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations including those related to data privacy and consumer protection.
- Build and execute sponsor, artist and COMPANY presales on the ticketing system to ensure trackable data and to ensure the selling order is built correctly.
- Provide branding, IT system support and in-store activations to outlets to ensure maximum sales of tickets.
- Implement tracking codes through online outlets to enhance data analysis of ticket buyers, help optimize marketing efforts and improve sales performance.
- Submit the complimentary ticket allocations report for approval, adhering to COMPANY’s policies and procedures.
- Manage the reconciliation of ticketing revenue, tickets sold, box office and event upsells, ensuring accuracy and compliance with COMPANY’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure partner’s homepage and event landing pages contain accurate information and
- are conducive to driving ticket sales.
- Create the on-sale, sales and operational timeline of an event in collaboration with Event Programs, ensuring that the timeline is comprehensive, realistic and maximizes revenue.
OTHERS:
- Execute grade requirements according to the Delegation of Authority (“DoA”) while delegating tasks when appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with (i) relevant regulatory and legal requirements; and (ii) the Company’s governance structures e.g. Articles of Association, DoA, policies and procedures, trade license requirements, any relevant regulatory requirements.
- Execute requests from reporting line i.e. requests within the broad scope of the roles and responsibilities of this job description.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 – 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the entertainment, events and sports industry
- Demonstrated experience in executing successful sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Highly motivated and results-driven.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- UAE based with domestic and international travel as required.
