Job Description:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Sort and distribute incoming calls, mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or personnel

Qualifications:

  • Open to Asian nationalities
  • Female, 25 to 38 years old
  • At least 2 years of solid experience in customer service, including front desk, reception, and admin.
  • Must have their own visa
  • Immediate joiners will be prioritized
