* Plan and organize sales activities with team coordination.

* Manage sales documentation and respond to public tenders.
* Prepare PowerPoint presentations, budgets, and sales forecasts.
* Lead commercial and contract negotiations.
Qualifications:
* Proven sales management track record.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience, especially in the leisure and events market.
* Strong motivation and passion for sales.
* Ability to lead the sales process from planning to closing.
* Proficiency in Microsoft™ Office Suite.
* Willingness to travel up to 50%.
* Fluent in English; Arabic and Italian are a plus.
* Technical background is a plus.
