Assist Management Accountant to perform company’s financial operations
· Prepare invoices and send them to clients.
· Prepare receipt and payment vouchers.
· Record payments in the company’s accounting system.
· Maintain Client payment status report.
· Maintain issued Visas and their payment status report.
· Prepare Statement of Accounts for company’s management and Clients on weekly basis.
· Keep record of all daily transactions.
· Perform any other job-related duties, as required by the functional supervisor.
Skills
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Working knowledge of financial software and MS Office
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English (both written and oral)
