Key Responsibilities:

- Precisely measure, mark, and cut fabric according to design specifications.

- Realization of 1st draping from the designer sketch

- Realization of samples considering production technical constraints ( cut , finishing , technical and upgrading solutions )

- Pattern cutting , Draping , Adaptation and transformation of clothing .

- Research of technical solutions according to designs and fabrics.

- Following of dresses cutting and sewing.

- Collaborate with designers and patternmakers to ensure accuracy in cutting.

- Operate cutting equipment and tools efficiently and safely.

- Maintain a high standard of quality control in the cutting process.

- Oversee and manage cutting room operations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Master Cutter in ladies' wear, preferably in the UAE.

- Strong knowledge of different fabrics, patterns, and dress styles.

- Proficient in using cutting equipment and tools.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to precision.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

• Cutting of textile or other materials according to a pre-prepared pattern of the desired size or according to a sample.
• Connecting several parts of the product with each other using a stitch on a sewing machine or by fastening or gluing.
• Processing of the edges of the product using an overlock, by the method of bending or filing.
• Sewing additional elements to the finished main product, such as buttons, zippers, pockets, applications, fasteners, etc.
• Finishing products with beads, lace, embroidery or other materials.
