Grasport Sport Academies LLC is a sports management MNC based in Dubai with its operations in more than 5 countries & headquartered in India. It runs sports academies for various sports with its venue partners in Dubai, Abu dhabi, Sharjah & Fujairah. As an operations manager for sports academies, your roles and responsibilities will include:


1. Overseeing the operations of sports academies in various locations to ensure smooth functioning.

2. Reporting to the head of operations and managing a team of coaches.

3. Conducting regular meetings with coaches to discuss performance, development, and any issues that may arise.

4. Maintaining records related to player performance, coaching schedules, and academy operations.

5. Working towards enrollment targets by implementing marketing strategies and engaging with the community.

6. Organizing engagement activities to enhance the overall experience for players and parents.

7. Meeting with parents to address any concerns or feedback related to the academy.

8. Coordinating with schools to organize events, training sessions, or joint programs.



Skills

It's important for an operations manager in this role to be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills to effectively manage the operations of multiple sports academies.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN WORKING FOR SPORTS ACADEMIES OR WORKING WITH SCHOOLS WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE
