An international fast food chain brand.

Job Description: 

- Ensure the quality of store construction projects, controls the timing commitments, cost and quality of new store construction and new store renovation

- Plan & coordinate all aspects of construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and various vendors related to constructing or renovating stores

- Reviews and pre-approves construction terms of reference and project plans for use as a common reference point for all bidding contractors. 

- Oversees all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

- Communicates project status of all construction projects to all stakeholders

Skills

Qualifications:

- Open to Arabic nationalities

- 40 years old and below

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields

- At least 5 years of experience in leading a large scale projects, commercial architectural design and construction projects

- Must have experience dealing with pre-opening of new F&B venues in the UAE

- Experience in QSR/Fast food chains is a must.
