CATEGORY MANAGER.

 Responsibilities

- Develop and manage assortment strategy;

- Develop and provide a consistent category management approach & guidelines for the categories: assortment, shelving, merchandising;

- Develop and sustain regular processes and reports: measurement and analytics of sale and category metrics;

- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing;

- Search, select and evaluate suppliers of food and ready meals;

- Сontrol and stimulate sales of the product category;

- Market monitoring by category, analyze the competitive environment.

 Qualifications (Essential)

- At least 1 year in Category Management (food industry) in the UAE or MENA region;

- Experience of building relations and leading negotiations with retail clients;

- Strong analytical experience;

- English at upper-intermediate or advanced level.
