Your Role will Involve:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients to build and grow the business.
- Expanding company’s network to discover new opportunities.
- Actively seeking avenues for B2B expansion through research and outreach.
- Understanding customer needs and uncovering growth potential.
- Researching organizations and digital media channels for leads and market exploration.
- Overseeing client operations and ongoing needs.
- Developing negotiation strategies for acquisitions and integrations.
- Generating business by establishing connections and proposing solutions in advertising.
- Managing sales activities and client information in our CRM system.
- Following up on leads and inquiries promptly.
- Addressing customer inquiries and feedback through various channels.
- Implementing effective closing strategies for acquisitions.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitors to identify product enhancements.
- Having a sharp eye for detail and expertise in media advertising sales.
- Being open to travel to Abu Dhabi and within UAE for business development meetings.
- Investigating the purchasing needs of other companies and decision-makers.
- Facilitating contract negotiations and integration with our operations.
- Planning and overseeing new market ventures.
- Creating and delivering presentations, and conducting surveys.
- Keeping clients informed of new developments in our products.
- Protecting sensitive information to uphold the organization's value.
- Continuously learning and staying connected in professional circles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Preferably in Sales/Marketing/Business Development).
- Minimum 2 years of UAE/Local Business Development/Acquisition/Sales experience.
- Valid UAE Driver's License is mandatory.
- Car ownership is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and financial analysis.
