Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support projects in preparing Materials Approval Requests (MAR), ensuring complete vendors’ submittals to expedite clients’ approvals
- Overseeing Purchase orders issuance and Follow up with vendors
- Lead resolutions on any deviation from Vendors to the terms and conditions of Purchase of Goods and Site Services
- Search and identify new reliable vendors Locally and internationally who can support to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing
- Negotiate contracts terms and conditions in close coordination with Legal and finance departments
- Liaise with projects’ management to ensure orders are issued on time to match schedules and site requirements
