We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assisting our clients throughout their second citizenship journey, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Update all program-related documents for each product in conjunction with the processing officer.
- Organize and process files according to assigned deadlines.
- Provide accurate information and timely updates to clients.
- Maintain current and accurate records of clients, both in paper form and electronically.
- Liaise with local service agents involved in file processing under the supervision of the direct line manager.
- Liaise with local authorities in the UAE and utilize their online portals to submit documents on behalf of clients for various matters, including company incorporations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capacity to operate both independently and cooperatively within a team setting.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
