Customer Service and Sales Representative

This job requires a Customer Service and Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience. As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales for our company. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries and providing them with service information. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities and promoting our services to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers with their inquiries and provide service information.
  2. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  3. Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  4. Identify sales opportunities and upsell products to customers.
  5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Answer incoming calls from prospective clients, addressing their needs.
  7. scheduling appointments and service reservations for clients.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Excellent communication in both languages Arabic &English.
  3. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  4. Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service.
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
  6. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
