* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisation Development, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. * Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in learning and development, including team management. * Proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning programs. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in instructional design, adult learning theories, and learning management systems. * Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. * A passion for driving employee development and organisational success.
