Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the cutting, shaping, and assembling of aluminum parts and products.
  • Operate and maintain various tools and machinery used in aluminum fabrication.
  • Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure precise production standards.
  • Load and unload materials, ensuring they are handled safely and stored correctly.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Assist with quality control to ensure all products meet specified requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
