• To plan for perpetual and periodic stock taking. 
• Analyze stock variation and make sure that the physical quantities are equal to system quantities all the time. 
• Coordinate with accounting to maintain stock value in inventory module equal to accounting module.
• Coordinate with central buyers to update the physical stock.
• Setting up promotion pack dispatching.
• Minimize inventory losses.
• Setting up receiving policies, transfers IN/OUT, promo breakage. Monitor the implementation of these policies
• Perform inventory control to ensure optimal inventory levels. 
• Provide direction and assistance to colleagues as needed. 
• Maintain inventory reports according to standard documentation and archiving procedures. 
• Count and record merchandises received according to store policies. 
• High proficiency in data analysis using different softwares. 

Skills

• Must have hands on experience in using Microsoft NAV and experience in supermarket/Retail filed as inventory controller.
• Skilled in developing and implementing effective inventory control procedures and policies, including regular audits, cycle counts, and inventory replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts.
• Expert in utilizing various inventory management software and systems for precise inventory tracking and management, effectively ensuring accurate stock counts and reducing discrepancies.
• Well-versed in the practical application of inventory management software and systems, proficiently maintaining accurate inventory levels and minimizing discrepancies through efficient stock monitoring.
• Experienced in conducting in-depth data analysis and producing insightful reports on inventory performance, using the findings to offer data-driven recommendations for streamlining inventory management processes and minimizing operational expenses.
