Looking for a person with technical background with specific experience within the Food and Beverage Value Chain.
Experience in the up-stream function of the F&B Value Chain in terms of food production specializing in dry food items such as grains and wheat. (20%)
Experience in managing of supervising the mid-stream function of the F&B Value Chain in terms of midstream processing of dry food items such as grains, wheat etc. (20%)
Skills
Strong technical and commercial background (60%) in managing and executing the downstream function of the F&B Value Chain which includes but not limited to the following:
- Commercialization of the upstream production facilities belonging to the Group
- Market matching with the needs of the consumer of food items processed by the manufacturing facilities within the Group.
- Able to manage as an enabler for the sales teams in in exploring new business opportunities to increase sales volume. Identify potential market sales channel, competition and propose effective sales strategy plan for expansion and development to achieve targeted KPI.
