We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist who is fluent in Arabic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience at our clinic.
Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic's calendar.
- Enter and update patient information in the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Provide information to patients regarding services, procedures, and appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments.
- Manage and organize patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Communicate effectively with patients, medical staff, and other team members.
- Reporting to: Head of Office Administrationes.
Skills
Qualifications:
- PREREQUISITE: Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a aesthetic setting.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other office tools (e.g., MS Office).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
