As a Real Estate Agent with White Stag Properties, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate the complexities of Dubai's real estate landscape. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, including buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, to understand their real estate needs and build lasting relationships.

2. Property Listings: Conduct market research and property evaluations to accurately assess property values and determine competitive listing prices. Create compelling property listings and marketing materials to attract buyers and tenants.

3. Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to prospective buyers and tenants while highlighting key features and benefits. Provide expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the viewing process.

4. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions on behalf of clients, leveraging your market knowledge and negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes. Facilitate the closing process, ensuring a smooth and seamless transaction for all parties involved.

5. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, property developments, and regulatory changes in Dubai's real estate market. Analyze market data and provide insights to clients to help them make informed decisions.

6. Client Support: Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have and offering expert guidance every step of the way.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a real estate agent in Dubai, with a strong track record of successful sales and client satisfaction.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including market trends, property values, and regulatory requirements.

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for clients' best interests while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

- Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and digital marketing tools to manage listings and communicate with clients.

- Valid UAE driving license and own transportation preferred.
