Job Description:


The Commercial Manager will be responsible for acquiring customers for one or several brands, and is also responsible for representing, promoting, negotiating, selling, providing services or settling commercial operations on behalf of or in the name of one or several brands, in a determined area, and in exchange for commission.


  • Build and develop relationships with prospective clients to eventually conclude in a distribution agreement 
  • Find new brands to introduce to a portfolio of clients 
  • Scout new clients and new market opportunities in retail B2B, delegation corporate gifting 
  • Work closely with all clients; providing regular visit and constant support to ensure sales turnover 
  • Oversee the distribution of the brand from A to Z: from finding the brand and the clients, to establishing the contract, to managing the entire sales process and payment 
  • Set the yearly budget, strategy and objectives for clients and brands 
  • Generate P&Ls and commission reports and strive to increase the turnover of the portfolio of brands 
  • Provide all information concerning the brand: product specification, price specification, ideal stock assortment, VM guidelines, marketing activities, and any other information/ modification 
  • Supervise, monitor and control regularly the brand representation, product displays, price, discount / promotions, stock, staff, sales achievement, and generate reports/feedback on progress to clients 
  • Send weekly and monthly report with recommendations to clients 
  • Generate weekly/monthly market studies for the brand 
  • Propose new business development opportunities for the brand
  • Train the team on brand products, novelties, technic of sales and VM guidelines 
  • Develop, monitor and oversee the division’s budget and financial KPIs
  • Attend Managers’ meetings to review the shops performance: sales achievements, marketing activities, staff training, and provide reports to high Management in a concise and informative manner.

  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to delegate tasks and supervise others.
  • Great multi-tasking abilities and attention to details.
  • University Degree in Business Administration or any related field / MBA is preferable.
  • A minimum 8 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in a similar role.
