Sales Specialist

Absher, a leading consultancy dedicated to facilitating business setup and growth across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, is on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team in Dubai. This role is perfect for a seasoned sales professional who thrives on meeting targets and surpassing expectations. With a focus on B2B services, you will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious growth targets by leveraging leads provided by our marketing team and using your expertise to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Aggressively pursue sales targets by converting leads into successful deals, aiming to onboard 40 companies in 2024, with a goal increase to 60 companies in the following year.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, with the flexibility to compensate for any shortfalls in any given period.

- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales leads and customer interactions efficiently, ensuring all sales activities are organized and recorded.

- Work closely with the marketing team to understand lead generation efforts and collaborate on strategies to maximize conversion rates.

- Employ advanced negotiation skills to close deals effectively, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.

- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.


Skills

- 2-4 years of experience in a sales role, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in B2B services.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in the use of CRM systems to manage sales processes and customer relationships.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels of the business.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
