We are seeking for Project Manager with the following responsibilities:



• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Defined the required subs/vendors and Create PR Accordingly.
• Define tasks and required resources.
• Create a schedule and project timeline with the planning engineer.
• Track deliverables and ensure compliance with schedule, within scope and within budget.
• Ensure that quality assurance is in place at each stage of submission.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in the project folder.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Support and direct team.
• Monitor stakeholders/ NOCs reports on progress and provide support as required.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Ensure the MOM to be submit within two working days.
• Address problems and solutions.
• Implement and manage changes to meet project outputs.
• Evaluate and assess the result of the project.
• Submit a weekly project status report to the manager.
• Escalate any potential risk or delay to direct Manager.
• Provide a less learned presentation after project completion.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 15+ Years of Experience is required.
• Consulting Experience with Infrastructure / Road / Utilities experience is mandatory.
• Roads design - Highway Design lead for projects preferred.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
