At least 3 years experience in Real estate market.
Real Estate License (Advantage), Real Estate, and Real Property expertise
Customer Service and Sales skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
