Job Description:

  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and promotions to ensure consistent communication with customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product range to provide knowledgeable and accurate information to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and promotions to ensure consistent communication with customers

Salary:                                 up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus transportation

Qualifications:

  • Open to Emirati Nationals
  • 35 years old and below
  • At least 1 year experience as a customer support/coordination.
  • At least High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
  • Family book is required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft, CRM, PDF, Powerpoint, Email etc.
