• Oversee and manage multiple construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections and manage day-to-day activities to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Travel to various project sites to oversee construction activities, ensuring consistent implementation of project plans across locations.
• Interpret project plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with building codes and using construction software to manage progress.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, prepare progress reports, and develop solutions to address project challenges and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Male, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• At least 5 years UAE experience in a similar role from Interior Design/Construction industry
